Do to Covid and the nature of our products we do not offer any returns. We are happy to work with you if you are unhappy with your product and can do an exchange in some cases.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders sent to fulfillment for dispatch within 24 hours after order is placed.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Standard Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days and Domestic Express Shipping 1-3 days.
Any order placed by noon will be shipped with in 24 hrs. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Orders over $40 receive free shipping.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Roxby Farms is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Roxby Farms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
